About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

data on non receipt of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution requires permanent foreign care on care of it, government assistance to families with children, the government public assistance to needy families, temporary government assistance to children whose parents evade from payment of the alimony, have no opportunity to contain the child or the place of residence of their (stay) it is unknown, at the registered place of residence (the place of the actual accommodation) can be transferred in paper and electronic type before commissioning corresponding technical and software;

verification of the specified data is performed with use of information systems after commissioning corresponding technical and software.
