According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 29, 2018 No. UP-5388 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Fruit-and-vegetable Growing in the Republic of Uzbekistan", of May 8, 2018 No. UP-5439 "About Approval of the Regulations on Pardon Procedure in the Republic of Uzbekistan", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 23, 2018 No. PP-3620 "About additional measures for increase in availability of banking services" and of May 4, 2018 No. PP-3694 "About measures for improvement of financial condition and further enhancement of activities of Joint-stock and commercial People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Mikrocreditbank Joint-stock commercial bank, and also for the purpose of strengthening of the state support of socially vulnerable segments of the population, creating favorable conditions to the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are going abroad for implementation of temporary labor activity further stimulation of workers of the device of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov.
