In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 13, 2018 No. UP-5415 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Activities of Bodies and Organizations of Justice in Realization of the State Legal Policy" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 13, 2018 No. PP-3666 "About organizational measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 24, 1998 No. 177 "About measures for ensuring implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 4, 1998 No. UP-1938 "About Strengthening of Responsibility of Officials for Economic Insolvency of Business Entities and Execution of Contractual Commitments" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 4, the Art. 17).
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. K. Davletov.
