Procedure for collection of payment for issue of documents in the field of the state export control

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of collection of payment for issue to subjects of implementation of the international transfers of goods of documents in the field of the state export control (further payers).

2. For the purposes of this Procedure documents in the field of the state export control are understood as the certificate of registration of the subject of implementation of the international transfers of goods, permission (conclusion), the international import certificate or the certificate of delivery confirmation (further - documents).

3. The payment is levied separately for each document.

4. Collection of payment for issue of separate documents is performed according to such procedure:
