The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for collection of payment for provision of paid administrative services in registration and issue of documents in industry of the state export control which is applied;

the list of paid administrative services which are provided by Public service of export control, and the amount of payment for their provision according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2003 No. 1166 "About approval of procedure for collection and the amount of payment for issue of documents in industry of the state export control" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2003, No. 31, the Art. 1621);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 2, 2004 No. 729 "About modification of the amount of payment for issue of documents of industries of the state export control" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2004, No. 22, the Art. 1505).

3. This resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of its publication.
