1. Make changes and addition to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 9, 2018 No. 278 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for licensing of activities for transportation of passengers and loads by railway transport of the internal and international message" (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 15, the Art. 311) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chief of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings D. B. Akhmedov.
