1. Delegate to regional (city) territorial administrations of environmental protection the right of issue of the conclusion of ecological supervision to receipt of the license for the separate licensed types of activity on types of activity, the types of the licensed works and services entering the List by which the conclusion of the ecological supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 1995 N 1894, according to the appendix N 1 is necessary.

2. Quarterly to provide to chiefs of oblgorterupravleniye of environmental protection information in Department of examination and licensing in the established form (Appendix N 2).

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of environmental protection Bekzhanov Zh. L.

1. Development, production and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application.
