About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 6, 2017 "About formation of Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine" I ORDER to No. 1095:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To provide to department of reforming and functioning of sea and river transport submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective along with the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of possibility of ensuring implementation by Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine of powers and accomplishment of functions, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
