1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2016 No. 912 "About approval of form of the reference reasons to regulatory legal act" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14355, it is published on October 28, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:
To be reworded as follows the reference reasons form to regulatory legal act approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
