About modification of the Order of the Government No. 765/2014 about approval of the list of the travel documents necessary for foreigners for crossing of frontier of the Republic of Moldova
Based on article 7 of the Law No. 257/2013 on natives of the third states obliged to have the visa, and natives of the third states exempted from obligation to have the visa when crossing frontier of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 1-3, 2), the Government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 765/2014 about approval of the list of the travel documents necessary for foreigners for crossing of frontier of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 282-289, 817), to make the following changes:
a) in Item 1 of the resolution in the name of appendices No. 1 and 2 of the word", approved by the Republic of Moldova" to exclude;
b) in appendix No. 1:
