According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 No. UP-5409 "0 measures for further reducing and simplification of licensed and allowing procedures in the field of business activity, and also to improvement of conditions of business" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for licensing of tourist activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 6, 2017 No. 189 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 42) according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister A. A. Abdukhakimov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development B. N. Umarov.
