1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and financing of regional address lists of priority projects on implementation and development of information and communication technologies according to appendix No. 1.

To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent together with the interested ministries and departments in week time to create regional councils on ensuring timely and high-quality realization, with the subsequent approval in, regional address lists of priority projects on the implementation and development of information and communication technologies established procedure in structure according to appendix No. 2.
