According to the Laws of Ukraine "About features of state regulation of the activities of subjects of housekeeping connected with production, export, import of disks for laser systems of reading" and "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing" with changes

WE ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on export, import of the equipment and disks for laser systems of reading which are applied.

2. To head department of control and reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Apatenko O. P.), to management of non-tariff regulation and contractual accounting of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine (Bogdanov V. S.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine Stetsenko V. O. publication of the Licensed conditions approved by this order in mass media.
