2. Payment to workers and employees of the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work is made within the means provided by the salary fund.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of cases of defense and law and order of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
