For the purpose of providing conditions for protection of the state secrets, according to article 24 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment to citizens which work is connected with the state secrets, the percentage allowance to official pay rates according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment of the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work" of March 28, 2006 No. 207;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment of the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work" of March 28, 2006 No. 207" of March 4, 2014 No. 116.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
