In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2018, and also for the purpose of non-admission and eradication of the facts of violation of the law from officials when conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5490 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Subjects of Entrepreneurship":

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of officials of monitoring bodies for provision of the right to conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix.

2. To monitoring bodies:

in a month to create certifying commissions on certification of officials of the relevant monitoring bodies, for provision of the right to conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship by it;

provide carrying out certification in the conditions of high insistence, adherence to principles and objective assessment of professional competence, proceeding from requirements, the officials of monitoring bodies identified by Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification for provision of the right to conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
