About additional measures for the organization of the state control of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship by monitoring bodies

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 15, 2021 No. UP-6314 "About Measures for Further Decrease in the Administrative and Tax Load for Subjects of Entrepreneurship, to Enhancement of System of Protection of Legitimate Interests of Business" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 13, 2022 No. PP-374 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for coordination of conducting checks in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship", and also further enhancement of system of protection of legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship of the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve:

a) Regulations on procedure for filling of the Book of registration of checks according to appendix No. 1, providing:

forms of ledger maintenance of registration of checks (further - the Book);

the data on checks entered in the Book, and procedure for their introduction;

implementation of monitoring of observance of procedure for filling of the Book and conducting its accounting;

b) Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of officials of monitoring bodies for provision of the right to conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 2 *, providing:

creation of certifying commission and implementation of its activities;

forming of the list of the employees undergoing certification;

carrying out employee assessment and decision making of certifying commission by its results;

issue to the employee who underwent certification, the special certificate on the right of check of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship;

c) The minimum requirements imposed to the risk analysis systems of monitoring bodies according to appendix No. 3, providing:
