1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 No. 409 "About establishment of the state social standards in the field of housing-and-municipal servicing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, of the Art. 2064) of change, having added with its Items 3-2 and 3-3 of the following content:

"3-2. Determine that privileges and subsidies for payment of fees for installation, servicing and replacement of nodes of commercial accounting of water and heat energy are provided proceeding from the size of the village, settlement, city councils of fees established by executive bodies for installation, servicing and replacement of the nodes of commercial accounting in the respective building paid by consumers of utilities and owners (co-owners) of the rooms equipped with individual systems of heating and/or hot water supply.

3-3. Determine that subsidies for payment of subscriber services of consumers of the utilities provided in apartment houses under individual agreements are provided within the extreme amount of payment for subscriber services determined according to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services".".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the third Item 1, which becomes effective since May 1, 2019.
