Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution requires permanent foreign care, on care of it, No. 1192 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 31, of Art. 1314; 2004, No. 12, Art. 745; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1610; 2015, No. 33, Art. 967; 2018, No. 62, Art. 2144):

The second Item 5 of the word and figure "higher educational institutions I-IV of levels of accreditation and professional educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "organizations of professional (professional) and higher education";

2) in Item 6:

word in paragraph one of "bodies of State Tax Administrations" shall be replaced with words "The state register of physical persons taxpayers";

add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of such content:

"Social security authorities of the population have the right to make requests and till five calendar days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request free of charge to receive from GFS, other executive bodies and local government bodies information necessary for check of accuracy of the data received from persons who address for purpose of the help to leaving.".
