About approval of the Instruction for servicing of mass explosions by rescue services at the coal-mining and mining companies

According to the Law of Ukraine "About rescue services" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 2002 No. 644 "About approval of the list of additional paid services which are provided by rescue services", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of procedure for servicing by rescue services of mass explosions at the coal-mining and mining companies

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for servicing of mass explosions by rescue services approved with the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection at the coal-mining and mining companies (daleeinstruktion) which is attached.

2. To general staff of DVGRS (Radashev V. I.) and to legal management (Novikov A. S.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To administrative department after registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its mailing to both the local executive bodies and rescue services interested central.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy State secretary - the commander of forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine Marchenko G. B.
