JOINT ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND I.O. MINISTER OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of Rules of implementation by officials of bodies of state revenues of sanitary and quarantine control at automobile check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also involvement of territorial subdivisions of state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population for the purpose of carrying out sanitary and quarantine control

According to Item 8 of article 402 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation by officials of bodies of state revenues of sanitary and quarantine control at automobile check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also involvement of territorial subdivisions of state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population for the purpose of carrying out sanitary and quarantine control.

2. Declare invalid the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 213 and the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 247 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at automobile check points through customs border of the Customs union" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10915, published on June 16, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
