1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at automobile check points through customs border of the Customs union.

2. Declare invalid the Joint order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2011 No. 422 and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2011 No. 336 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at automobile check points through customs border of the Customs union" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7086).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
