About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2003 No. 1433 and of March 4, 2004 No. 253
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2003 No. 1433 "About approval of the Procedure for use of computer programs in executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 37, Art. 1989; 2014, No. 3, Art. 53; 2016, No. 18, the Art. 742) and of March 4, 2004 No. 253 "About approval of the Procedure for legalization of computer programs in executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, Art. 586; 2013, No. 29, Art. 1005; 2014, No. 3, Art. 53; 2018, No. 1, the Art. 14) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that executive bodies independently make decisions on upgrade of information and telecommunication systems, owners (managers) of which they are.
Certificates of compliance of complex systems of information security of information and telecommunication systems which upgrade in connection with entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution is not performed are valid during the term of their action.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the third subitem 2 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in two years from the date of publication of this resolution.
