About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of funds for support and development of health care
For the purpose of rendering additional financial support to the organizations of health care working in system of the Single payer according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About system of the Single payer in financing of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic", "About the organizations of health care in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for forming and use of funds for support and development of health care according to appendix.
2. To fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take adequate measures on execution of this Resolution.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
