About enhancement of system of medical insurance

For the purpose of enhancement of system of medical insurance, increase in financial stability of the organizations of health care working in system of the Single payer according to Articles 70, of 77, 94 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medical insurance of citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic", "About system of the Single payer in financing of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for forming, consideration, approval and budget implementation of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for forming and use of safety stock of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) the Procedure for forming and use of funds for support and development of health care according to appendix 3.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of funds for support and development of health care" of October 5, 2017 No. 647;
