About some questions connected with forestry

I. Due to the execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 1998 No. 693 "About application of the Forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 1997:

1. Approve forms of the logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket (are applied).

2. Approve "Rules of accounting, storage, filling and issue of the logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket" and "Procedure for compensation of damage caused to forestry and losses" (are applied).

II. Exclude from the third paragraph of item 4 of the "Rules of transfer to lease of forest fund" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 17, 1998 No. 214, of the word "also the forest ticket is free of charge issued", the second paragraph of the 7th Item of the word "and forest ticket".
