About Regulations on procedure for use of the migration card and its form
According to part from the fourth article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for use of the migration card.
2. Determine form of the migration card according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the State boundary committee to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform foreign states on procedure for use of the migration card in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
5. This resolution becomes effective since February 5, 2006.
