Approve Changes in the Regulations on the central and interregional commission on questions of determination to persons condemned to lifelong imprisonment and imprisonment for certain term, type of colony, the direction for serving sentence of persons condemned to lifelong imprisonment, imprisonments for certain term, arrest and restriction of freedom, and their transfer approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 27, 2017 No. 680/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2017 for No. 266/30134, which are applied.
