1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of certificates of the salary for purpose of pensions to separate categories of persons in case of liquidation of state bodies in which persons worked, and also renaming (absence) of their positions, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of May 10, 2017 750, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2017 for No. 766/30634 (further - the Procedure), the following changes:

1) the subitem 1 of item 4 after words and figure", given in appendix 2 to this Procedure" to add with words and figures of the following content:

", and also according to the list of positions and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to which official pay rates of employees of state bodies which positions in connection with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII do not belong to positions of public service affirmed are given in appendix 3 to this Procedure";

If person worked for positions of public service after May 01, 2016 in state body which is liquidated without legal successor, or in body which at the time of appointment to person of pension is absent or in which at the time of award of pension there are no positions of public service, the reference for award of pension is issued by the bodies provided by paragraphs second, third Item 3 presents of the Procedure according to Items 4, 5 Procedures No. 622.";
