About measures for safety of banks of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve Rules of obtaining in law-enforcement bodies of military, office weapon and cartridges to it by banks of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1), the list of the banks of the Republic of Tajikistan having the right to acquisition of military, office weapon and cartridges to it (appendix 2).
2. Determine that:
- military, office weapon and cartridges to it the obligations assigned to them by the law issued by law-enforcement bodies to banks of the Republic of Tajikistan for execution, are considered on balance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the payment for their use is not levied;
- the military, office weapon which is earlier acquired by banks of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure is considered on balance of these banks;
- the expenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan connected with acquisition, transportation, storage, repair and maintenance of military, office weapon and cartridges to it are compensated according to the agreements signed between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and banks of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan within two months:
