I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2015 No. 315 "About approval of standards of the state services "Registration and Issue of Permission to Foreigners and Stateless Persons for Permanent Residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Certification to Stateless Persons and Residence Permits to the Foreigners Who Are Constantly Living in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Registration of Acceptance and Getting Out of Nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Assignment and Prolongation of the Status of the Refugee in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11203, it is published on June 22, 2015 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

7. The state service is rendered on paid basis to physical persons (further - uslugopoluchatel).

When rendering the state service the state fee according to article 499 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" is collected (Tax code) which constitutes 100 percent from the size of the monthly settlement indicator established on the date of payment of the state fee.

Payment of the state fee is performed in cash or non-cash form through the banks of the second level or the organization performing separate types of banking activities which issue the document (receipt) confirming the size and payment date.";
