About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372

1. Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372 "About approval of the Procedure for the conclusion and accomplishment of the framework agreements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2017 for No. 1236/31104, to state in the following edition:
"2. Determine that provisions of the Section IX of the Procedure are applied since January 1, 2020.".
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the conclusion and accomplishment of the framework agreements approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2017 for No. 1236/31104, which are applied.
3. To provide to department of regulation of public purchases submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
