ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

About introduction of amendments to some orders

According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for normative money value of lands for nonagricultural appointment (except lands of settlements) approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of August 22, 2013 No. 508, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2013 for No. 1573/24105, which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for normative money value of lands for settlements approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 No. 489, No. 1647/29777, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2016 which are applied.

3. To provide to department of agrarian policy and agricultural industry submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
