About approval of Rules of technogenic safety
According to Item 33 parts two of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine and for the purpose of providing proper condition of technogenic safety ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of technogenic safety which are attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against August 15, 2007 No. 557 "About approval of Rules of technogenic safety in the field of civil protection at the companies, in the organizations, organizations and in the dangerous territories", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2007 for No. 1006/14273.
3. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (the Racer of VA.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
