Some questions of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case

According to article 111 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2006" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve applied:

Procedure for financing by fund of obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment of paid social jobs for the unemployed;

Procedure for investigation of insured events and justification of payments of material security according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case".

2. Stop for 2006 action of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the carrying out paid social jobs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 1998 N578 "About approval of provisions concerning application of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 17, the Art. 635), regarding financing of paid social jobs at the expense of means of the state fund of assistance of employment of the population.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
