About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 and of December 28, 2016 No. 1045

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 51, the Art. 1655) and of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148, No. 18, the Art. 510, No. 82, the Art. 2508, No. 95, Art. 2896; 2018, No. 18, the Art. 604) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2019.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 and of December 28, 2016 No. 1045

1. To add item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, with subitem 41-1 of the following content:

"41-1) will organize work on payment of stipulated by the legislation social grant to students (cadets) of public institutions of the higher education studying in day form according to the state order;".
