About optimization of activities of customs authorities and bodies of the border service

1. Determine the list of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which customs authorities perform the separate functions performed by bodies of the border service and also the list of such functions according to appendix.

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Rules of transit (transit) of the foreign citizens and stateless persons through the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 18, 5/17132; 2008, No. 15, 5/26598; 2010, No. 174, 5/32177):

in Item 6:

the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:

"The completed migration card together with the document for trip abroad if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, is shown:

to the official of bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus - at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further - the check point), except for the check points specified in paragraph three of this part;

to the official of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus - at check points at which control of observance of rules of stay of foreigners in the Republic of Belarus, and also rules of transit (transit) of foreigners through the territory of the Republic of Belarus is performed by customs authorities.

In case of departure from the Republic of Belarus the foreigner shall hand over the migration card if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus:

to the official of bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus - at check points, except for the check points specified in paragraph three of this part;

to the official of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus - at check points at which control of observance of rules of stay of foreigners in the Republic of Belarus, and also rules of transit (transit) of foreigners through the territory of the Republic of Belarus is performed by customs authorities.";
