About the amount of payment for issue, continuation of effective period, renewal, issue of duplicates of licenses to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine

According to article 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the amount of payment for issue of licenses to use by radio-frequency resource of Ukraine which is applied.

Determine that noted sizes are applied to determination of payment for issue of licenses with effective period five years, except as specified issues of licenses on competitive or tender basis.

2. Determine that the payment is collected:

for renewal, issue of the duplicate of the license to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine in the amount of 170 hryvnias;

for continuation of effective period of the license and for receipt of the license for additional strip of radio frequencies proceeding from the amount of payment for issue of licenses to use radio-frequency resource;

in case of receipt of the license to use radio-frequency resource and licenses for additional strip of radio frequencies effective period over five years, for continuation of effective period of the license to use such resource over five years - taking into account the amount of payment for issue of licenses to use radio-frequency resource with effective period five years increased by 10 percent for each next year, except as specified issues of licenses on competitive or tender basis and the cases provided by the paragraph the fifth this Item.
