About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980, the following changes:

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The Ministry of Industry within the competence adopts regulatory legal acts in the form of resolutions.";

the second Item 8 to state part in the following edition:

"The minister has deputies, including one first which are appointed to position and are dismissed in accordance with the established procedure.";

add Item 9 with subitem 9.1-1 of the following content:

"9.1-1. within the competence issues orders and signs resolutions;";

the third offer of part two of Item 10 to state in the following edition: "Decisions of board are drawn up by resolutions and are implemented, as a rule, through adoption of resolutions of the Ministry of Industry and (or) the publication of orders of the Minister.";

in appendix to this Provision:

add appendix with Items 73 and 74 of the following content:

"73. Plant of Hydromechanical Transfers open joint stock company, Minsk.

74. Yubileyny-Agro open joint stock company, Gomel region, Buda-Koshelevsky district, аг. Negovka.".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs two and third Item 1 - since February 1, 2019;
