1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Regulations on the State sanitary and epidemiologic regulation.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of ecology and emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, State inspectorate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for standardization and metrology, State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on architecture and construction, State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population".
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and submit by June 1, 2002 for approval in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- Procedure for use of the materials, products and nutritional supplements contacting to foodstuff in case of their production;
