1. Approve:

Regulations on the Agency on development of wine growing and winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on Fonda of support of wine-growers and wine makers of the Agency on development of wine growing and winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

2. To agency on development of wine growing and winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in two-month time to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve charters SUE Enologiya laboratoriyasi and SUE Uzumchilik ukuv markazi, and also to provide their state registration in the procedure established by the legislation;

by fund of support of wine-growers and wine makers to provide equipment SUE Enologiya laboratoriyasi with the necessary modern laboratory equipment and carrying out its accreditation at the national level, and also creation of pilot production of alcoholic products from grapes, fruit and berries;

create wine collection of Uzbekistan at the expense of collections of the organizations of industry and provide its annual replenishment with products of the organizations of industry.

To agency on development of wine growing and winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Tashkent chemical institute of technology, Research institution of gardening, wine growing and winemaking of the academician M. Mirzayev and Agency on management of the state assets in two-month time to make offers in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation in case of SUE Enologiya laboratoriyasi of pilot plantation of technical grades of grapes, and also the organization of educational and work practice for students of faculty "Technology of winemaking and industrial wine growing", students of Training center and retraining of specialists in the field of winemaking under the Tashkent chemical institute of technology.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of agrarian and food spheres A. Zh. Vakhabov and the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.

Regulations on the Agency on development of wine growing and winemaking under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1.
