In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2018 No. UP-5418 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Public Administration by Agricultural and Water Economy" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 21, 2018 No. 940 "About the organization of activities of the Agency on projects implementation in the field of agro-industrial complex and food supply" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Agency on projects implementation in the field of agro-industrial complex and food supply under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 19, 1998 No. 356 "About measures for project implementation acceleration "Restructuring of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan" within loan of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations E. M. Ganiyev and the Secretariat concerning development of agrarian and food spheres of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
