For the purpose of streamlining and improvement of conditions of collective trip of citizens to hajj I will also die the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for collective trip of citizens to hajj and I will die it (is applied).

2. The organization, carrying out and regulation of collective trip of citizens to hajj I will also die to assign to Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

To committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- to annually send working group to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the conclusion of the agreement on the organization and holding hajj;

- determine the number of pilgrims it is pro rata to population of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas within the established quota determined by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to inform chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas of republican subordination.

3. To committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to organize through mass media explanatory work about conditions and procedure for making of hajj.
