About the Procedure for trip of citizens for making of hajj and umra

According to article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liberty of conscience and religious associations", article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" for the purpose of improvement of trips of citizens for making of hajj and umra the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for trip of citizens for making of hajj and umra (appendix 1).

2. To assign the organization, carrying out and regulation of process of trip of citizens for making of hajj and umra to Committee on religion, streamlining of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Create the Commission on control and organized holding hajj and approve its structure (appendix 2)

4. Activities of the Commission are determined by the Commission chairman.

5. To the relevant ministries, departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take specific measures for observance of requirements of this resolution.

6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2005, No. 470 "About streamlining of holding hajj and umra".
