About approval of the Procedure for filling of the internal transit document for its use in case of control of the goods delivery, moving between customs within customs area of Ukraine

For the purpose of strengthening of control of cargo transfer between customs and for establishment of the mechanism of implementation of Section 6 of the Regulations on procedure of control of cargo delivery in customs of the appointment approved by the order of State Customs Service of 08.12.98 of N771 and N42/3335, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.01.99 I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for filling of the internal transit document for its use in case of control of the goods delivery which move between customs within customs area of Ukraine (further - the Procedure) that is applied.

2. To the head of department of the organization of customs control Dyomin Yu. M. to provide to the chief of Legal department Melnik M. V. registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the chief of Information and analytical customs authority Koposovu S.A. completion of the software of customs authorities according to the approved Procedure.

4. To the head of department Karpenko V. P. cases to bring this order to permission of customs authorities of Ukraine and subjects of foreign economic activity.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of State Customs Service of the Sable of I.M.
