1. These Requirements are established to storage facilities of the organizations having license for activities in the field of production and turnover (except for retail sale) to the alcoholic products and alcohol-containing products which are packed up in consumer pack (packaging) (further - the licensee), used for storage when implementing activities for production and turnover (except for retail sale) the alcoholic products (except for the beer, drinks made on the basis of beer, cider, Poiré, mead) which are packed up in consumer pack (packaging) and the alcohol-containing products (except for alcohol-containing medicines and medical products) which are packed up in consumer pack (packaging) (further - products), or the organizations which addressed to the licensing body for the purpose of receipt of such license (further - the license applicant).

2. Storage facilities of the licensee or license applicant shall conform to the following requirements:

1) also forming of sets of alcoholic products with other products specified in subitems 1 - 3 Items 3 of Appendix 2 to this order or without such products shall be used for implementation of acceptance, storage, leave and accounting of alcoholic products, other products in the cases provided by these Requirements;

2) shall be isolated from service, utility and other premises by main walls or temporary building constructions (partitions, legkosborny designs) height from floor to ceiling of the respective office, utility and other room or to suspended designs, in case of their availability;

3) the arrangement of rooms, their area, and also arrangement of building constructions, shall correspond to technical data sheet or the technical plan (in the presence);

4) shall be equipped with operational gages of temperature and humidity indoors which checking is confirmed according to article 13 of the Federal Law of June 26, 2008 to No. 102-FZ "About ensuring unity of measurements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 26, Art. 3021; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3366; No. 30, Art. 4255). 5) shall be zoned by means of the organization of passes between each zone of warehouse with display of the corresponding zones by the organization on the plan of the storage facility certified by the head of the organization (or the employee of the organization authorized by the head of this organization), in case of joint storage of products of the licensee with other alcoholic products, activities for which turnover are not subject to licensing, and (or) not alcoholic food products, except for perishable;

6) shall be equipped with racks and (or) pallets. Pallets for storage of products not on racks shall be established in ranks by width no more than from two pallets so that distance between ranks and the distance from walls and systems of heating (including heating devices) made at least 0,5 of meter;

7) shall be equipped with lighting fixtures.
