About approval of provisions concerning application of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population"

Due to the adoption of law of Ukraine of November 21, 1997 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides N665:

1. Claim such that are applied:

Regulations on procedure for provision of financial support on unemployment;

Regulations on procedure for booking at the companies, in the organizations and organizations of workplaces for employment of citizens who require social protection;

Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out paid social jobs;

Regulations on procedure for the organization of seasonal works;

Regulations on procedure for provision of non-interest loan by the unemployed for occupation business activity.

2. Declare invalid Regulations on order of registration of citizens as unemployed, payment of the help with unemployment and about conditions of provision of additional financial and other support by the unemployed and to members of their families and Regulations on the organization of paid social jobs, N47 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 1991 (JV USSR, 1991, N 6, Art. 50; Joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, N 10, Art. 200).
