WE ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the register of the certified producers of milk, milk raw materials and dairy products which is applied.
2. Repeal the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 13.12.2004 of N449/612/275 "About Approval of the Procedure for Carrying Out Certification of Production of Milk, Milk Raw Materials and Dairy Products of Subjects of Housekeeping, Form of the Certificate of Production of Milk, Milk Raw Materials and Dairy Products and the Procedure for Maintaining the Register of the Certified Producers of Milk, Milk Raw Materials and Dairy Products".
3. (Mikityuk D. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of the markets of products of livestock production with the Main state breeding inspection of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
