About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services
Due to the changes of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 according to the Law No. 281 of 16.12.2016 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 947), for the purpose of increase in efficiency of tax administration and based on Art. 133 of the h. (2) to item 4 and subitem 4 of the Tax code I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services according to appendix to this order.
2. Nullify the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 232 of July 27, 2017 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services".
3. To management of information development to bring the order to the attention of all structural divisions of the State Tax Administration and to provide its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
4. Requirements of this order become effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
