In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 14, 2017 No. PP-3386 "About measures for enhancement of competitive environment, eradication of conditions for abuse and plunders in the field of providing with fuel and energy resources and other highly liquid products, to strengthening of payment discipline, reducing receivables and payables" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 31, 2004 No. 251 "About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the commodity and raw exchanges" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 50) according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
